Returns and Exchanges
We certainly hope that you love your new product. However, we also understand that sometimes things may not go to plan. When this happens, we will try our best to accommodate your requests for returns or exchanges.
If for any reason you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, you can contact us to arrange for an exchange or credit via eGift Voucher/Coupon to the value paid for the item(s). It is important that the item(s) and the packagings in which the goods came with are in original condition.
In the case that the product is faulty due to manufacturing fault, we may issue a refund, or exchange for new.
Of course to initiate all this exchanges and returns, proof of purchase is needed. Please send us an email to start this process.
To ensure that you are not held liable for parcels lost in transit during the return process, we recommend you to return items using a trackable postage. Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed and credited to your account.
Although we provide Afterpay service, we do not dictate the terms and conditions on their behalf.
